#4 Family Eighth; $50 deposit, balance due at pick-up

An eight of a beef will easily fit in a standard refrigerator freezer. 

This cutting package best fits individuals and families that enjoy ground beef, burgers and steaks on the grill, and slow cooked roast and rib recipes.

Burger is approximately 80/20 packaged in one pound tubes. 

Steaks include:  Sirloin, Rib-eye, New York Strip, and Fillet Minion.

Roasts include:  Chuck Roasts, Arm Roast, Brisket, Short Ribs, and Soup Bones. 

Family Package eighths may or may not include the brisket based upon availability and customer preference.

Price is based upon hanging weight plus processing.  An average eighth is 100lb hanging weight which costs $420 ($4.20/lb).  Average processing is $97.  Average meat in your freezer is usually 50% hanging weight or 50lb for the average eighth.
